Return Policy & Restrictions

• Eligibility: Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of your delivery date.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or credit.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 days after the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
• Return Shipping: All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer and sent via a carrier of your choice. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items we do not receive.
• Purchases: Return merchandise must have been purchased directly from the Charm is Deceptive website.

Damaged Merchandise

• Damaged merchandise must be reported within 2 days of your delivery date.
• Damage claims made after 2 days of delivery may not be eligible for a return or refund.
